GROWTH MINDSET

A growth mindset is a style of thinking about one's own development that can affect feelings and boost intelligence and abilities. In this mindset, challenges are viewed as opportunities for personal growth, setbacks as valuable learning experiences, and failures as opportunities to trying again. People with a growth mindset value the process and see failure as a stepping stone rather than a finality that prevents them from moving on to the next stage. They are willing to step outside of their comfort zone, take risks, and are open to new experiences and difficulties.

People who have a growth mindset always thinking never too late to learn or develop new skills. They believe that they can continue to learn, develop, and grow regardless of their age or past experiences. They are aware that self-development is a lifelong process and that there are constantly new ways to improve one's skills and knowledge. People who have a growth mindset hold the belief that "I can improve." Furthermore, they believe that each challenge they take on is the right one for them, and that it is never too late to continue the process.
