Kebon Rojo Park is one of the green open spaces in the middle of Blitar city, precisely on Diponegoro street 12 Blitar City. Kebon Rojo is a family entertainment and recreation park provided to the public for free, only charged for parking if driving a vehicle. The clean, beautiful and shady park makes visitors comfortable. The park is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The park is full of visitors on weekends and long holidays.
This park provides education about various animals and plants in the surrounding environment. There is an information board that contains a variety of unique knowledge about the animals and plants that grow here. There are currently around 105 species of trees in this park, including mahogany, flamboyant, and rosewood.
In this park there is also a Mini Zoo. There are several animals kept by the keeper. Among them are peacocks, monkeys, deer and others. Here, visitors can also get the experience to feed the deer by buying at a price of Rp.2000 for a bunch of kale.
